How does it work?

How much should i expect to spend?

Our bartenders are $75/Hour. Your best bet is to have 1 bartender for every 50 guests. Our support staff (bar backs/servers/bussers/etc.) are $50/Hour, and their need & quantity depend very much on the details of your event.

Every bartender automatically comes with a “Bar Space Setup.” It is a flat fee of $50, and it comes with:

  • ONE 23G Trash Can (w/ skirt & liners)

  • ONE 23G Recycling Bin (w/ skirt & liners)

  • ONE Carpet Floor Mat

  • TWO-THREE 15G Ice Bins (w/ skirt & liners)

  • TWO-THREE Ice Tubs (w/ linen cover & liners)

  • ONE 4ft-6ft Table to be used as a back bar (w/ linens)

We generally require at least 1-1.5 hours of setup time & half an hour of breakdown time, which are billable hours. There is a 4 Hour Minimum, but that includes the setup & breakdown time. The setup/breakdown time increases to a minimum of 2 & 1 hours respectively for weddings and other large or complex events.

If you want cool & fancy cocktails (why wouldn’t you duh), we can supply the non-alcoholic parts. The cost is $2.50/serving with a minimum of 50 servings per cocktail.

We also have bars available for $300ea.

What do you provide & what do we provide?

You provide the booze! We provide the custom ingredients! Once we have the guest count, hours of service, & cocktails confirmed, we’ll send over a detailed shopping list, which includes liquor, beer, wine, mixers, cups, and ice. We only provide the ingredients for the custom cocktails, but we can pick up the ice if you need us to!
